O documentário mostrará o desenvolvimento da Câmera para este projeto (DECam), além dos objetivos científicos, e as primeiras imagens e resultados conseguidos até o momento.

Hi to everybody, I’m Alex Muntada, the Documentary Director. First of all, thanks to Luiz Da Costa, for his pioneering work, mapping the cosmos during last decades and for this fantastic blog. I invite to all of you to see the documentary. In fact what are really doing now is the first film of a series, the CHAPTER 1 titled “WHY IS THE UNIVERSE SPEEDING UP?”, of a series of documentaries on the mapping of galaxies in order to measure the universe’s rate of expansion and unravel the nature of dark energy. The series title is ‘THE COSMIC SURVEYS & THE LAWS OF PHYSICS’ and we propose you “A journey through the history of the universe and the laws it is governed by”. Don’t forget to look up into the sky…
